Clíona Roche

Hello! My name is Clíona Roche at The Irish Doula. I am a postpartum doula based in Laois. Having fulfilled the role of informal postpartum support for lots of family and friends, it was having my own little boy two years ago that really set me down the path of birth and postnatal work and this led me to train as a postpartum doula with DoulaCare Ireland. I come from a social care background and have worked in family support for a small Irish charity for 8 years. When I’m not hanging out with my little boy, I like to read, drink coffee and spend time with family and friends! I really look forward to supporting families wherever they are in their postpartum journey.
