My name is Claire Van Zyl. I am originally from south africa, i have been living in Ireland for 10 years with my hubby and 2 kids and love it!. I am incredibly passionate about supporting women through life's big transitions, especially going from maiden to mother.

As your doula, I am here to provide you with all your options, so you are able to make the best choice for your birth and postpartum recovery. I don't believe that there is a wrong way to give birth, I believe that a woman who has all the information she needs, is then empowered to make the best choice for her and her baby, and I am here to make sure that you have the best birth and postpartum experience possible. I am a huge advocate for home births and know I would be the greatest support ,offering an intimate and comfortable setting for you birthing your baby in your own home,I am also deeply committed to women's sexual wellness and yoni healing. I work with women connecting back to their bodies during pregnancy and postpartum,guiding them to rediscover pleasure and intimacy with themselves
and their partners while adjusting to this new transition and stage of life.
