Brigitte Arie, C-IAYT, NCPT, ERYT 500, RPYT, YACEP, CEIM, CLC has been working with perinatal clients in various roles since 2006. She is a full spectrum doula, lactation counsellor, and has studied traditional midwifery with Ina May Gaskin at the Farm in Tennessee. She has worked as a doula in NYC and Massachusetts supporting clients in their homes, birth centres, in hospital labour rooms and ORs. Brigitte worked as a referral coordinator and board member of the NYC Doula Collective from 2012-14. Shortly after having her own first child, she moved to Boston where she opened her first Perinatal & Pelvic Health Studio Rooted Boston.
Brigitte now lives in Effin, Co. Limerick with her family. Her current focus is running Rooted Perinatal, a virtual Rehab Pilates & Yoga Therapy studio that focuses on perinatal and pelvic health clientele. Brigitte offers courses & teacher trainings across the USA, UK, & now Ireland.
